Avent Bottles Type of Product: Feeding Bottles

Ever since I found out about Avent's feeding bottles, I've been impressed. I liked the look of it, and have heard good things about it from friends who were bottle feeding. However, I didn't use it for my first baby. And now, I wish I did.
My husband ended up purchasing an Avent set when we had our second baby. And, from what I've experienced, it was a great move. I like using the bottles, as a way to offer complimentary feeds to my baby. My baby seems to react well to it, as she seems to feed well both on the breast and with a bottle.
I also like the design of the bottle, in terms of ease of cleaning and sterilising. The 4oz bottles are good for newborns to smaller babies, while the 9oz bottles are good for older babies and children.
And, while Avent is a bit pricey (and you end up being "tied" to Avent products), I still think it's worth it.
Manufacturer's Description: The only bottle clinically shown to reduce colic -- in a set that
perfectly prepares you for bottle feeding your newborn. The AVENT
Natural Feeding Bottle promotes healthier, active feeding and is the
most natural choice for bottle feeding. The nipple features a built-in
valve that flexes with baby's natural feeding rhythm so baby can
control the flow of milk, which can help reduce overeating and spit-up.
The valve also pushes bubbles out of the milk, for less air in baby's
tummy and less colic and less gas after feeding. The soft, naturally
shaped nipple encourages proper latch-on, making it easier for baby to
switch between breast and bottle feeding. The AVENT Bottle is ultra
hygienic, convenient and has no small parts to clean or assemble. A
clinical study demonstrated that at two weeks of age, babies fed with
the AVENT bottle showed a trend to less colic than babies fed with a
conventional bottle. BUY NOW:
